"Dress a Girl Around the World"

The members donated a total of 16 dresses to send to "Dress a Girl Around the World" project sponsored by Children's Corner of Nashville, Tennessee. Everyone used the same pattern "Jane" with instructions to add pockets to each dress, but every dress was beautifully unique. This was a set of 3 dresses size 2, 4, and 6 and each had a different pocket embellishment. For further information regarding this ministry visit their website at

This size 2 dress featured one pocket with a bow

The size 4 had 2 pockets with red lady bug buttons

For the older girl, side seam pockets was more appropriate on this size 6. Blue ribbon at the hemline and attached to the neckline with a yellow butterfly button embellished the dress suitable for any girl.
